In order to maintain the operations on short term during the stage of sequestration, as well as to secure the company`s financial assets, especially abroad, the government of the Land Sachsen-Anhalt decided to grant the following contributions: - DM 770,000 for the purchase of material to work-off existing orders by customers, and for the release of material being under reservation of proprietary rights, both aimed for Samag's divisions excluding the cast iron foundry, - DM 230,000 for the foundry, thereof DM 162,000 for the coverage of personnel costs, DM 43,000 for overhead expenses and DM 25,000 for other expenses - DM 600,000 for the repatriation of Samag's financial assets from abroad (also for appropriate measures to secure assets abroad), - DM 50,000 for social security payments, - DM 350,000 for payments to public utilities (gas, water, electricity).
Ten einde de onderneming op korte termijn gedurende het stadium van sequestratie in bedrijf te houden, alsmede om de financiële activa van het bedrijf, met name in het buitenland, veilig te stellen besloot de regering van de deelstaat Saksen-Anhalt de volgende steunbijdragen te verlenen: - 770.000 DM voor de aankoop van materiaal om lopende orders van afnemers uit te voeren, en voor het vrijgeven van materiaal waarop eigendomsrechten rusten, beide bestemd voor de afdelingen van Samag met uitzondering van de ijzergieterij; - 230.000 DM voor de gieterij, waarvan 162.000 DM voor de dekking van personeelskosten, 34.000 DM voor overhead-uitgaven en 25.000 DM voor andere uitgaven; - 600.000 DM voor de repatriëring van de financiële activa van Samag uit het buitenland (ook voor passende maatregelen om activa in het buitenland te dekken); - 50.000 DM voor sociale-zekerheidsuitkeringen; - 350.000 DM voor betalingen aan openbare nutsbedrijven (gas, water, elektriciteit).
