TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Member States should be allowed to calculate support for commitments under the agri-environment-climate, organic farming and animal welfare measures on the basis of other units than those established in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 because of the specific nature of those commitments.
Gezien de specifieke aard van verbintenissen in het kader van agromilieuklimaatmaatregelen en maatregelen inzake biologische landbouw en dierenwelzijn dient het de lidstaten te worden toegestaan de steun voor die verbintenissen te berekenen op basis van andere eenheden dan die welke in bijlage II bij Verordening (EU) nr. 1305/2013 zijn vastgesteld.

It should also cover: the calculation method to be used in order to avoid double funding of the practices referred to in Article 43 of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 for the agri-environment-climate, organic farming, measures under Natura 2000 and measures under the Water Framework Directive; the definition of the areas in which animal welfare commitments shall provide upgraded standards of production methods; the type of operations eligible for support under the conservation and promotion of forest genetic resources; the specification of the characteristics of pilot projects, clusters, networks, short supply chains and local markets that will be eligible for support under the co-operation measure, as well as the conditions for granting aid to the types of operation listed under that measure.

43. Calls on the Commission and the Member States to calculate the impact of the new pension systems on the different categories of women, focusing in particular on part-time and atypical contracts, and to adjust social welfare systems, especially where the younger generations are concerned;
