6. Observes from the AAR that the Agency updated its Manual for Financial Procedures according to the use of the modules of accrual-based accounting (ABAC) workflow and ABAC assets; notes, moreover, that the ABAC assets module was implemented in 2011;

13. neemt kennis van het feit dat betalingen die zijn verricht voor de invoering van ABAC slechts zijn geregistreerd in het overgangssysteem en niet in ABAC; neemt kennis van het feit dat telkens wanneer vanuit ABAC melding wordt gemaakt van gebruikmaking en uitvoering van de begroting, er een handmatige registratie in een Excel-spreadsheet wordt aangebracht om de oorspronkelijke begroting en het gebruik van vastleggingen en betalingen voor het gehele begrotingsjaar volledig te verantwoorden;

Understands from the Joint Undertaking that it has developed an operational programme management system that complements the financial and budgetary information and considers that it has integrated its systems as far as possible, given the constraints on its use of ABAC and SAP; notes moreover that the Joint Undertaking planned to implement ABAC Assets and ABAC Contract by the end of 2011 and that the report of the Accounting Officer on the validation of the local systems was to be finalised in 2011;
6. stelt vast dat de gemeenschappelijke onderneming een operationeel programmabeheerssysteem heeft ontwikkeld dat een aanvulling vormt op de financiële en budgettaire informatie en dat zij haar systemen zo goed mogelijk heeft geïntegreerd, binnen de gebruiksbeperkingen van ABAC en SAP; stelt daarnaast vast dat de gemeenschappelijke onderneming van plan was ABAC Assets en ABAC Contract aan het eind van 2011 te implementeren en dat het verslag van de rekenplichtige over de validering van de plaatselijke systemen in 2011 zal worden opgesteld;
