45. unterstützt die Aktivitäten im Rahmen des TRESS-Netzes und fordert, dass dieses weiter die unterschiedlichen Modelle von Mobilität im Hinblick auf eine Anpassung an die gemeinschaftlichen Rechtsvorschriften prüft; fordert die Kommission auf, in dieses Netz Unternehmer und Gewerkschaften einzubeziehen, da diese oft diejenigen sind, die die Arbeitnehmer in rechtlichen Fragen betreffend die Sozialversicherung oder bei der Beschaffung der für die Beschäftigung notwendigen Dokumente unterstützen; betont, dass die Datenbanken des Gemeinschaftsdiensts EURES leicht zugänglich sein und regelmäßig aktualisiert werden müssen und dass ein möglichst breiter Zugang zu den Informationen gewährleistet sein muss; vertritt die Auffassung, dass das „Network on Free Movement of Workers within the European Union” strukturell und institutionell mit dem Tress-Netz zusammenarbeiten muss;
