Aufgrund dieses Beschlusses wurden die Europäische Beratungsgruppe für Rechnungslegung (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group, im Folgenden „EFRAG“), die Stiftung für internationale Rechnungslegungsstandards (International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation, im Folgenden „IFRS-Stiftung“) als Rechtsnachfolgerin der International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASCF) und das Public Interest Oversight Board (im Folgenden „PIOB“) bis zum 31. Dezember 2013 von der Union in Form von Betriebskostenbeiträgen kofinanziert.
Op grond van dat besluit hebben de European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), de International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation (de IFRS Foundation), die de rechtsopvolgster van de International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASCF) is, en de Public Interest Oversight Board (PIOB) tot en met 31 december 2013 medefinanciering van de Unie in de vorm van exploitatiesubsidies genoten.

Die IFRS werden vom International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) herausgegeben, und damit zusammenhängende Interpretationen werden vom International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC)herausgegeben, d. h. den beiden Organen innerhalb der International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASCF).
IFRS worden vastgesteld door de International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) en daarmee verband houdende interpretaties door het International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC), twee organen binnen de International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASCF).

– in Kenntnis des Arbeitspapiers der Dienststellen der Kommission vom Juli 2007 über die Entwicklungen beim "International Accounting Standards Board" ("IASB") und bei der "International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation" ("IASCF") in den Bereichen Leitung und Finanzierung,
– gezien het werkdocument van de Commissiediensten over ontwikkelingen op het gebied van bestuur binnen de IASB (International Accounting Standards Board) en de IASCF (International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation) van juli 2007,

– in der Erwägung, dass durch die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1606/2002 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 19. Juli 2002 betreffend die Anwendung internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards die International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASCF)/ das International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) faktisch in den Rang eines Rechtsetzungsorgans erhoben wurde,
– gezien het feit dat de International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASCF) /International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) door Verordening (EG) nr. 1606/2002 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 19 juli 2002 betreffende de toepassing van internationale standaarden voor jaarrekeningen de facto tot wetgevende instantie is verheven,

58. beauftragt seinen Präsidenten, diese Entschließung dem Rat, der Kommission, dem Ausschuss der europäischen Wertpapierregulierungsbehörden, der International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation und dem International Accounting Standards Board zu übermitteln.
58. verzoekt zijn Voorzitter deze resolutie te doen toekomen aan de Raad, de Commissie, het Comité van Europese effectenregelgevers, de International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation en de International Accounting Standards Board.

Diese Rechnungslegungsstandards werden von einer unabhängigen privaten Organisation (International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation und dem International Accounting Standards Board) mit Sitz in London ausgearbeitet.
