- Von den elf Mitgliedstaaten, die Artikel 3 Nummer 7 und Artikel 15 Absatz 1 der Richtlinie nicht vollständig umgesetzt hatten, haben sechs Mitgliedstaaten ihre Gesetze geändert, um objektive Kriterien für die Bewertung, ob Gründe für die Annahme bestehen, dass ein irregulärer Migrant sich durch Flucht entziehen wird, gesetzlich festzulegen.
- Van de elf lidstaten die artikel 3, punt 7, en artikel 15, lid 1, niet volledig hadden omgezet, hebben er zes hun wetgeving gewijzigd teneinde objectieve criteria vast te leggen om te beoordelen of er redenen zijn om aan te nemen dat een illegale migrant zal onderduiken.

– unter Hinweis auf die Leitlinien der Agentur der Europäischen Union für Grundrechte von 2012 mit dem Titel „Apprehension of migrants in an irregular situation – fundamental rights considerations“ (Aufgriff von Migranten in einer irregulären Situation – grundrechtliche Erwägungen),
– gezien de richtsnoeren die het Bureau van de Europese Unie voor de grondrechten in 2012 heeft opgesteld inzake „aanhoudingen van migranten in een onregelmatige situatie – overwegingen over grondrechten”,

During the high level meeting in Bamako, "the Parties agreed to support the creation by le Mali of the Migration Information and Management Centre". The general objective is the definition and implementation by Mali of a migratory policy adapted to the regional and European policies and dynamics. The specific objective is the setting up of the Migration Information and Management Centre which will implement and coordinate the various elements of Mali's migration policy. The expected results are (i) definition and implementation of an information and communication strategy on the legal conditions for migration and the prevention of irregular migration, (ii) putting in place a mechanism for welcoming, orientating and accompanying potential migrants (iii) putting in place a service for welcoming, orientating and accompanying returnees (iv) productively using the human, financial and technical capital lof the diaspora (v) knowledge and analysis of the migratory flows of relevance to Mali (vi) coordination of the various hierarchical structures so that they can properly steer the above-mentioned components.
