TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Der Umsetzungsüberwachungsrat („Implementation Monitoring Council“), dem Vertreter der kosovarischen Behörden und der serbisch-orthodoxen Kirche angehören, wurde eingerichtet und funktioniert gut.
De raad voor toezicht op de tenuitvoerlegging, waarvan de Kosovaarse overheid en de Servisch orthodoxe kerk samen deel uitmaken, werd opgericht en werkt goed.

The amendment adapts the Rules of Procedure to the Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament and the Commission on procedures for implementing Council Decision 1999/468 EC laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission, namely its paragraph 16. , where for the Regulatory procedure with scrutiny it is foreseen that the time-limit for scrutiny by the two branches of the legislature exceptionally starts to run when Parliament receives the final draft implementing measures in the language versions submitted to the members of the comitology- committee and not in all official languages.

In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich aber unterstreichen, daß das Büro des Hohen Beauftragten unter der Ägide des peace implementation council steht, und daß hier manchmal andere Regelungen gelten, macht es natürlich schwierig, die Finanzregelungen, die von seiten der Kommission vorgegeben sind, mit aller Strenge durchzusetzen.
In dit verband wil ik onderstrepen dat het bureau van de Hoge Vertegenwoordiger onder de bescherming van de peace implementation council staat. Daar gelden vaak andere regels, hetgeen het natuurlijk moeilijk maakt de strenge financiële regels van de Commissie in acht te nemen.

Er zijn vorderingen gemaakt met de uitvoering van de vredesakkoorden van Dayton/Parijs, vooral na de Vredesimplementatieraad te Bonn in december 1997.

Der Rat führte auf der Grundlage eines Berichts des Hohen Repräsdentanten, Herrn BILDT, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das für den 13. und 14. Juni in Florenz anberaumte Ministertreffen des "Peace Implementation Council", eine Bewertung der Umsetzung des Friedensplans durch.
Aan de hand van een verslag van de Hoge Vertegenwoordiger, de heer BILDT, heeft de Raad een evaluatie gehouden van de stand van de tenuitvoerlegging van het vredesplan, vooral met het oog op de ministeriële bijeenkomst van de "Peace Implementation Council", die op 13/14 juni in Florence zal plaatsvinden.

Von der für den 9. und 10. Dezember 1997 in Bonn vorgesehenen Ministerkonferenz des Rates für die Umsetzung des Friedens (PIC = Peace Implementation Council) müsse in diesem Sinne ein eindeutiges Zeichen ausgehen.
De ministeriële conferentie van de PIC (Vredesimplementatieraad) in Bonn op 9 en 10 december 1997 moet een duidelijk signaal in die zin geven.
