TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Im Mittelpunkt des Aktionsprogramms „NAIADES“ (Navigation And Inland Waterway Action and Development in Europe - Europäisches Aktions- und Entwicklungsprogramm für die europäische Binnenschifffahrt) stehen fünf strategische Bereiche.
Het actieplan NAIADES (beleidsvoering en ontwikkeling in de scheepvaart op de binnenlandse waterwegen in Europa) richt zich op 5 strategische gebieden.

The note summarises the status of negotiations after the Bali meeting (COP 13/CMP 3) of December 2007, and presents the issues at stake for building the elements of a future climate agreement: on mitigation the specification of “measurable, reportable and verifiable nationally appropriate mitigation commitments or actions” for developed countries (most likely continuing the emission reduction targets under the Kyoto Protocol); . on adaption, the difficult issue is to define exactly which adaptation activities should be supported by the international system and how developing countries would be able to apply for support; on technology, a comprehensive framework for technology transfer has been decided and ways to assess the effectiveness of technology transfer are being developed; on finance, the challenge is to create a constant flow of financial resources, substantially larger than the currently available funds, and independent of government budgets.

Jahrhundert gestalten: Beitrag der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit) und die Erklärung der OECD-Minister von 2002 „Action for a Shared Development Agenda“ (Maßnahmen für eine gemeinsame Entwicklungsagenda) und ihren Bericht von 2008 mit dem Titel „Building Blocks for Policy Coherence for Development“ (Bausteine für Politikkohärenz im Interesse der Entwicklung),
– gezien het strategisch document van de OESO uit 1996 „Shaping the 21st Century: the Contributions of Development Cooperation”, de verklaring van de OESO-ministers uit 2002 „Action for a Shared Development Agenda” en het OESO-verslag uit 2008 „Building Blocks for Policy Coherence for Development”,

2. unterstützt deshalb die Initiative der Kommission, ein integriertes europäisches Aktionsprogramm für die Binnenschifffahrt "NAIADES" (Navigation and inland waterway action and development in Europe) aufzulegen;
2. ondersteunt daarom het initiatief van de Commissie om een geïntegreerd Europees actieplan voor de binnenvaart op te stellen: NAIADES (beleidsvoering en ontwikkeling in de scheepvaart op de binnenlandse waterwegen in Europa);

2. unterstützt deshalb die Initiative der Kommission, ein integriertes europäisches Aktionsprogramm für die Binnenschifffahrt „NAIADES“ (Navigation and inland waterway action and development in Europe) aufzulegen;

Das Programm wurde in Anlehnung an die Najaden – in Quellen und Gewässern wohnende Nymphen der griechischen Mythologie – „NAIADES“ genannt (Navigation And Inland Waterway Action and Development in Europe – Aktions- und Entwicklungsprogramm für die europäische Binnenschifffahrt).
De naam van het programma "NAIADES" (Navigation And Inland Waterway Action and Development in Europe) is geïnspireerd door de zoetwaternimfen uit de Griekse mythologie.

Diesbezüglich ist auf das OAU-Dokument Relaunching Africa's Economic and Social Development: The Cairo Agenda for Action (Neue Anstöße für die wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung Afrikas: Kairo-Aktionsagenda) von 1995 zu verweisen.
In dat opzicht dient melding te worden gemaakt van het document van de OAE "Relaunching Africa's Economic and Social Development: The Cairo Agenda for Action" van 1995.
