Glucose-6-phosphat reagiert erneut mit Nicotinamid-adenin-dinucleotid-phosphat und bildet dabei Gluconat-6-phosphat und reduziertes Nicotinamid-adenin-dinucleotid-phosphat (NADPH); dieses wird wiederum bestimmt.3.
Dit glucose-6-fosfaat reageert opnieuw met nicotinezuuramide-adenine-dinucleotide-fosfaat waardoor weer gluconaat-6-fosfaat en gereduceerd nicotinezuuramide-adenine-dinucleotide-fosfaat wordt gevormd; dit wordt weer bepaald.3.
