In the same way as for the previous amendment it is stressed that the concept of ‘refugee’ covers anyone who meets the criteria laid down in the Geneva Convention. Any description or specification may be restrictive.
Cet amendement réitère, comme dans l'amendement précédent, que le concept de réfugié correspond à tout personne répondant aux critères établis dans la Convention de Genève. Toute description ou spécification pourrait s'avérer limitative.
