If the official veterinarian at the exit point is satisfied that the requirements of paragraph 2 are met, he shall certify this by one of the entries listed in Annex Ia and by stamping and signing the document constituting evidence of exit from the customs territory of the Community, either in Section J of the control copy T5 or in the most appropriate place on the national document.

Si le vétérinaire officiel du point de sortie estime que les conditions visées au paragraphe 2 sont remplies, il certifie ce constat par l’une des mentions figurant à l’annexe I bis et par l’apposition de son cachet et de sa signature sur le document attestant la sortie du territoire douanier de la Communauté, soit dans la case J de l’exemplaire de contrôle T 5, soit à l’endroit le plus approprié du document national.

(iv) "airport transit visa" means the authorisation or decision allowing a third-country national specifically subject to this requirement to pass through the transit zone of an airport, without gaining access to the national territory of the Member State concerned, during a stopover or a transfer between two sections of an international flight.
