Is the Commission aware that in 2006, despite this, the Bulgarian Government ordered from the Russian enterprise ‘Atomstroyexport’ two nuclear reactors of a type which has not yet been used anywhere else but that many foreign banks, including the Bayerische Landesbank, the Kommerzbank and UniCredit consider this project too controversial to participate in its co‑financing?

La Commission sait-elle qu'en dépit de ces éléments, le gouvernement bulgare a commandé en 2006 à l'entreprise russe «AtomStroïExport» deux réacteurs nucléaires d'un modèle qui n'est encore utilisé nulle part ailleurs et que de nombreuses banques étrangères, dont la Bayerische Landesbank, la Commerzbank et UniCredit, jugent ce projet trop risqué pour participer au cofinancement?
