How can the people of Europe call for the international role of the EU to be reinforced in the form of a new political and monetary union and a common defence and security policy when the EU is responsible, together with NATO, for the first act of war since the Second World War, i.e. the attack on Yugoslavia, in violation of every concept of international law? Everyone understands that a currency, in the capitalist world, needs an army to defend and impose it.
Comment les peuples pourraient-ils réclamer le renforcement du rôle international de l'UE avec la création d'une nouvelle entité politique et juridique et la promotion d'une défense et d'une sécurité commune lorsque l'UE porte la responsabilité, avec l'OTAN, de la première action militaire en Europe depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale - l'agression contre la Yougoslavie, au mépris de toute notion de droit international ? Chacun comprend qu'une monnaie, en régime capitaliste, a besoin d'une armée pour la défendre et l'imposer.
