I think what we have to put in place finally is a system to educate people, because all in all what is happening is that all these people in the military now are highly skilled tradesmen—and as far as I'm concerned, underpaid—but these are the people who will eventually bring their vast knowledge and training, which the government has paid for, into the civilian world to carry on.
