Once again, another story broke a couple of days ago and we are now finding out that the employer was hiring people in retail across this country to work in malls.

In a small centre, where there are strip malls where many people work in individual businesses, one store or one space in that strip mall would be used so that all those workers would have a central place for a child care facility.
