I would note, as the MP for Churchill, that I appreciate the significant work ELA scientists have done to benefit Lake Winnipeg, the first nation communities and other communities that depend on Lake Winnipeg for their livelihoods, and for all of us Manitobans who benefit from a better environmental policy that has been shaped in part by the work of the ELA.
J'aimerais mentionner que, en tant que députée de Churchill, j'apprécie le travail considérable que les scientifiques de la Région des lacs expérimentaux ont accompli au profit du lac Winnipeg, des Premières Nations et des autres habitants des environs qui tirent leur subsistance du lac, ainsi que de l'ensemble des Manitobains, qui bénéficient d'une meilleure politique environnementale en partie grâce à cette station de recherche.
