Si, comme la Chine l’a toujours affirmé, la situation des Tibétains était si formidable, ils n’auraient aucune raison de fuir et rien ne justifierait l’interdiction pour les journalistes, les Occidentaux et les observateurs, depuis plusieurs mois, de se rendre dans le pays, sauf sous étroite surveillance.
