TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Within the specific objective laid down in point (b) of the first subparagraph of Article 3(2) of this Regulation, in the light of the outcome of the policy dialogue as provided for in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 514/2014, and in accordance with the objectives of the national programmes defined in Article 19 of this Regulation, the Fund shall support actions taking place in a third country which focus on third-country nationals who comply with specific pre-departure measures and/or conditions set out in national law and in accordance with Union law where applicable, including those relating to the ability to integrate in the society of a Member State. In this context, the Fund shall support, in particular, the following actions:
Dans le cadre de l’objectif spécifique prévu à l’article 3, paragraphe 2, premier alinéa, point b), du présent règlement, compte tenu du résultat du dialogue politique prévu à l’article 13 du règlement (UE) no 514/2014, et conformément aux objectifs des programmes nationaux définis à l’article 19 du présent règlement, le Fonds soutient les actions menées dans un pays tiers qui ciblent des ressortissants de pays tiers qui respectent des mesures et/ou des conditions spécifiques préalables au départ prévues par le droit national et conformément au droit de l’Union le cas échéant, y compris celles qui se rapportent à la capacité de s’intégrer dans la société d’un État membre. · It should also be recognised, however, that the particular nature of the product in question – audiovisual services – poses specific problems related to some extent to the still very marked diversity of feeling within national societies as well as the need to respect a value, cultural identity, protection of which is an essential defining characteristic of the ‘European model’.

AGREES in view of the positive impact of the first Cultural Forum held in Lisbon on 26 and 27 September 2007 that interaction with and within civil societies at both national and European level is a major element in gathering the views of stakeholders in the context of the regular reporting exercise;

Considers that the European Union's capacity to prevent, respond to, manage and resolve crises has proven to be insufficient, and requests the Council, following its previous recommendations on the establishment of a European Civil Peace Corps, to gradually transform the civilian aspects of the European Security and Defence Policy into a ‘Civil Peace Service’ for the management of short-term civilian crises and longer-term peace-building; is of the opinion that, within this framework, the European Union should strengthen civil society networks on the ground — at sub-national, national and regional levels — so as to foster confidence-building, capacity-building, monitoring and awareness-raising, thereby supporting the institutionalisation of civil society participation in regional and sub-regional peace and security structures;

As stated in the Hague Programme, stability and cohesion within our societies benefit from the integration of legally resident third-country nationals and their descendants.

This includes the strengthening of all forms of economic, legal and social cooperation across the borders, especially between regional and local authorities and within civil society.

In addition, on a political level, we have witnessed the regrettable resolution approved by Likud, the importance of which we should not overestimate since luckily it is a minority view within the Knesset and also within Israeli society, as indicated by the opinion polls mentioned by Mr Solana, just as the statements by the leader of the radical Islamic group Hamas do not naturally represent the views of the Palestinian National Authority.
