I would also add that when you look at 80 per cent of the world's population living within 100 miles of the ocean, and most of that population existing on fish protein for its sustenance, as well as the increase in climactic events in the littoral that bring risk to populations, there are a number of pressures in aggregate that could have an adverse impact on how Canada depends on this globalized economy that floats.
