(A) La demande se fonde sur l'article 4, paragraphe 2, du règlement (UE) n° 1309/2013 (règlement FEM) et concerne 171 travailleurs d'Andersen Ireland Limited, entreprise qui opère dans le secteur économique classé dans la division 32 de la NACE Rév. 2 ("Fabrication d'articles de joaillerie, bijouterie et articles similaires") dans les régions Southern et Eastern en Irlande, lesquels ont été licenciés ou ont cessé leur activité au cours de la période de référence comprise entre le 21 octobre 2013 et le 21 février 2014. La demande concerne également 138 jeunes sans emploi, sortis du système scolaire et sans formation (NEET), dont le nombre est égal au nombre total estimé de participants parmi les travailleurs licenciés.
