I should just like to add that the Preševo Valley, that is to say, the Albanian-inhabited region of southern Serbia, has no parliamentary representation at all, whilst the Serbian minority in Kosovo is guaranteed seats, at least in theory: they have not yet been taken up.
Je voudrais simplement ajouter que la vallée de Presevo, c’est-à-dire la région du sud de la Serbie à population albanaise, n’a aucune représentation parlementaire, alors que la minorité serbe au Kosovo dispose de sièges garantis, du moins en théorie: ils ne sont toujours pas occupés.

6. Reminds Serbia that signature of the SAA is conditional upon full cooperation with the ICTY, and that this should lead to the arrest and transfer of all remaining indictees, whilst noting that the recent arrests prove that the Serbian authorities are able to find and apprehend indicted war criminals; stresses that full cooperation with the ICTY is not only an international obligation but also a key step towards achieving lasting reconciliation in the region; to this end, calls on the Serbian parliament to fulfil its commitments arising from the above-mentioned ICJ judgment and to adopt a declaration denouncing the genocide in Srebrenica;

President Rugova declared a day of national mourning for both nationalities, whilst the Serbian Prime Minister marched at the head of a demonstration in Belgrade where there were calls to ‘kill the Albanians!’
