Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. (Le document est déposé) Question n 127 Mme Alexa McDonough: En ce qui concerne le transfert par le gouvernement du Canada à celui de la Nouvelle-Écosse de fonds destinés aux établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire, à combien s’élèvent exactement les sommes — réelles et prévues — transférées ou à transférer au gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Écosse pour chacun des exercices 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006 et 2006-2007 en vertu de chacune des formules suivantes: a) la formule de financement actuelle, selon laquelle les fonds sont répartis entre les provinces en fonction du pourcentage de la population canadienne (par habitant) que la population de chacune représente; b) une formule de financement selon laquelle les fonds sont répartis entre les provinces en fonction du pourcentage du nombre d’étudiants inscrits dans les établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire du Canada (par étudiant) que représente le nombre d’étudiants inscrits dans les établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire de chacune; c) une formule de financement selon laquelle les fonds sont répartis entre les provinces en fonction du pourcentage du nombre d’étudiants équivalent plein temps inscrits dans les établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire du Canada (par étudiant équivalent plein temps) que représente le nombre d’étudiants équivalent plein temps inscrits dans les établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire de chacune?
