Where a business adviser (member of BC-NET) is seeking to establish cooperation on behalf of one of his clients outside the market on which he works, - he addresses his "request" or "offer" to BC-NET, using a common language (which enables the business advisers to communicate with one another) ; - the BC-NET system automatically matchcodes the request with its store of offers ; - if there are offers in the store, which allow requests to be met, the advisers making the requests receive them immediately ; at the same time, the advisers who made the offers are informed that their offers have been matched with a request ; - where BC-NET's store of offers does not allow a request to be met, it is automatically circulated to the business advisers affiliated to BC-NET (if they wish) ; these advisers then have a formally agreed time (e.g. 48 h) in which to consult their files and respond, or not, to BC-NET, which passes on all the responses to the adviser who entered the request ; - during the experimental period BC-NET will chiefly be used for financial, commercial and technical cooperation (including technological and subcontracting cooperation).
