Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. Definition: A depressive episode, which may be prolonged, arising in the aftermath of a schizophrenic illness. Some schizophrenic symptoms, either positive or negative , must still be present but they no longer dominate the clinical picture. These depressive states are associated with an increased risk of suicide. If the patient no longer has any schizophrenic symptoms, a depressive episode should be diagnosed (F32.-). If schizophrenic symptoms are still florid and prominent, the diagnosis should remain that of the appropriate schizophrenic subtype (F20.0-F20.3).

(13) Agreements which are not automatically covered by the exemption because they include provisions that are not expressly exempted by the Regulation and are not expressly excluded from exemption are none the less capable of benefiting from the general presumption of compatibility with Article 85 (3) on which the block exemption is based. If, after consultation, it is established that even though certain provisions in the instruments to be extended expressly or tacitly come within the scope of the common commercial policy within the meaning of Article 113 those provisions would not, during the period of extension envisaged, constitute an obstacle to implementation of the common commercial policy, the Commission may propose to the Council that the Member State or States concerned be authorised, by way of derogation from Article 1 of the Council Decision of 9 October 1961 (1) on standardisation of the duration of trade agreements with third countries, to extend, expressly or tacitly, for a period to be specified, the provisions in question of the instruments which were the subject of the consultation.
