5. To take into account duly substantiated emergency situations which were not foreseen at the time of the approval of the annual programme and which require urgent action, a Member State may revise up to 10 % of the financial breakdown of the contribution from the Fund between the various actions listed in the annual programme or allocate up to 10 % of the breakdown to other actions in accordance with this Decision.
5. Afin de tenir compte des situations d'urgence dûment justifiées qui n'étaient pas prévues au moment de l'approbation du programme annuel et qui exigent une action urgente, un État membre peut réviser jusqu'à 10 % de la répartition de la contribution du Fonds entre les différentes actions énumérées dans le programme annuel ou allouer jusqu'à 10 % du financement à d'autres actions conformément à la présente décision.
