2. There are two possible scenarios: either the House makes no comments on the regulations, in which case, after 30 days of sitting or 160 calendar days, the regulations may be adopted as is without any amendments—the government does not have the right to make amendments—or the committee reports to the House and the House suggests amendments to the proposed regulations.

In case of breach or withdrawal of undertakings by any party to the undertaking, or in case of withdrawal of acceptance of the undertaking by the Commission, the acceptance of the undertaking shall, after consultation, be withdrawn by Commission Decision or Commission Regulation, as appropriate, and the provisional duty which has been imposed by the Commission in accordance with Article 12 or the definitive duty which has been imposed by the Council in accordance with Article 15(1), shall apply, provided that the exporter concerned, or the country of origin and/or export has, except in the case of withdrawal of the undertaking by the exporter or such country, been given an opportunity to comment.
