Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. 2. To the extent that a company transferring its registered office within the territory of a Member State would be allowed to carry forward or carry back losses which had not been exhausted for tax purposes, that Member State shall allow the permanent establishment, situated within its territory, of the SE or of the SCE transferring its registered office, to take over those losses of the SE or SCE which have not been exhausted for tax purposes, provided that the loss carry forward or carry back would have been available in comparable circumstances to a company which continued to have its registered office or which continued to be tax resident in that Member State.
2. Dans la mesure où une société qui transfère son siège statutaire sur le territoire d’un État membre serait autorisée à reporter les pertes non amorties du point de vue fiscal ou à les imputer à un exercice antérieur, cet État membre autorise l’établissement stable, situé sur son territoire, de la SE ou de la SCE qui transfère son siège statutaire à reprendre les pertes non amorties du point de vue fiscal de la SE ou de la SCE, pour autant que le report des pertes ou l’imputation de celles-ci à un exercice antérieur aurait été possible dans des circonstances comparables pour une société qui continue d’avoir son siège statutaire ou qui continue d’avoir sa résidence fiscale dans cet État membre.
