The Commission has authorized an operation whereby Banco Español de Crédito S.A (BANESTO) and a group of Portuguese partners acquire directly, and indirectly through Valores Ibéricos S.A (VISA) an important share of the capital of Banco Totta Açores S.A (TOTTA), within the framework of the privatisation of the latter's capital.
La Commission a autorisé une opération permettant à Banco Español de Crédito S.A (BANESTO) et à un groupe de partenaires portugais d'acquérir directement, et indirectement par l'intermédiaire de Valores Ibéricos S.A (VISA), une part importante du capital de Banco Totta Açores S.A (TOTTA), dans le cadre de la privatisation du capital de cette dernière.
