F. considérant que, 13 mars 2013, la cour de cassation a débouté le pourvoi de M. Vladimir Kozlov, qui avait été condamné à sept ans et demi de prison et à la confiscation de ses biens aux motifs d'incitation à la discorde sociale et d'appel au renversement par la force de l'ordre constitutionnel, ainsi que pour avoir prétendument créé et dirigé un groupement organisé dans le but de commettre des délits; considérant que M.
