Mr. Gerry Ritz: We talk about appeals mechanisms and some way to voice a dissenting opinion if an inspector says such-and-such, and so on, but there's nothing in the bill about a review mechanism that would go back in on an annual basis, or every other year, or whatever—a predetermined timeframe—and would give you an idea of what's working and what's not working.
