for human rights in Western Sahara and in the Tindouf camps to be addressed, even without anticipating any final political settlement or expressing a view on such a settlement; reiterates, nevertheless, that self-determination is a fundamental human right, as specified by Article 1 of the UN International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and that territorial integrity is a principle enshrined in international law; recalls, moreover, UN Security Council Resolution 1754(2007), urging the parties to enter into negotiations in good faith, without preconditions, ‘with a view to achieving a
