Partnership is at the core of implementation of humanitarian aid and the EU therefore would welcome a broader international partnership approach, which brings together donors, implementing partners and other stakeholders, to ensure effective humanitarian action, building on the existing body of standards and best practice.
Le partenariat est un élément fondamental de la mise en œuvre de l'aide humanitaire. Aussi l'UE serait-elle favorable à un partenariat international plus large, fondé sur le corpus existant de normes et de bonnes pratiques et réunissant les donateurs, les partenaires chargés de la mise en œuvre de l'aide et les autres intervenants, afin de garantir l'efficacité de l'action humanitaire.
