4. In the event of a technical breakdown of the VMS system on board a Community fishing vessel, the flag Member State shall notify the CCAMLR as soon as possible, with a copy to the Commission, of the name of the vessel, and the time, date and position of the vessel when the VMS system ceased to function.
4. En cas de panne technique du système VMS utilisé à bord d'un navire communautaire, l'État membre du pavillon notifie dès que possible à la CCAMLR, avec copie à la Commission, le nom du navire ainsi que l'heure, la date et la position du navire lorsque le système VMS a cessé de fonctionner.
