I actually liked the picture painted by Mr Vidal-Quadras Roca very much. It is almost complete, but something still remains to be done: we need to add further – but minor – refinements to Annexes II and III. The subdivision of fuel consumption not related to cogeneration is now, therefore, being moved to Annex III, so we have to tidy up Annex II a little, simplifying it slightly, more in the direction of Annex III. That, Mr Glante, is also the reason why we tabled both Amendment No 175 and Amendment No 176.
J’ai trouvé l’image de M. Vidal-Quadras très belle, en fait - l’image est quasiment finie mais il doit encore se produire quelque chose, à savoir, que nous devons encore affiner un tout petit peu les annexes II et III. La ventilation de la consommation de combustible qui n’est pas liée à la cogénération est donc à présent transférée à l’annexe III. C’est pourquoi nous devons donc quelque peu nettoyer et simplifier l’annexe II, dans la direction de l’annexe III. C’est aussi, Monsieur Glante, la raison pour laquelle nous avons présenté tant l’amendement 175 que l’amendement 176.
