M. Philippe de Fontaine Vive, Vice-Président de la Banque européenne d’investissement (BEI) et responsable de la FEMIP a signé, le 10 décembre 2010 à Tunis, un accord de prêt d’un montant de 119 millions d’EUR pour la réalisation du nouveau réseau ferré suburbain de Tunis avec la Société Réseau Ferroviaire de Tunis, réprésentée par M. Kamel Ben Amor, Président-Directeur Général, et en présence de MM. Mohamed Nouri Jouini, Ministre du Développement et de la Coopération Internationale, de la société RFR, Dov Zerah, Directeur Général de l’Agence Française de Développement et Wolfgang Reuß, Directeur de la KfW, responsable du département Afrique du Nord et Proche-Orient, Adrianus Koetsenruijter, Ambassadeur, Chef de Délégation de l’Union européenne en Tunisie, Pierre Ménat, Ambassadeur de France et Horst-Wolfram KERLL, ambassadeur d’Allemagne.

On 10 November 2010 in Rabat, Mr Philippe de Fontaine Vive, EIB Vice-President with responsibility for FEMIP, signed a EUR 200m loan agreement for the extension of the Port of Tangier Med with Mr Toufiq Ibrahimi, Managing Director of Tanger Med S.A., and a EUR 220m loan agreement for the construction of a 172 km section of motorway between Casablanca and the region of Tadla-Azilal in the south-east of the country, with Mr Otman Fassi Fihri, Managing Director of Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM), in the presence of Mr Salaheddine Mezouar, Minister of the Economy and Finance, and Mr Karim Ghellab, Minister for Transport and Infrastructure.
M. Philippe de Fontaine Vive, Vice-Président de la Banque européenne d’investissement (BEI) et responsable de la FEMIP a signé, le 10 novembre 2010 à Rabat, un accord d’un montant de 220 millions d’EUR pour la construction d’un tronçon autoroutier de 172 km entre Casablanca et la région sud-est de Tadla-Azilal, avec M. Otman Fassi Fehri, Directeur Général de la Société Nationale des Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM), en présence de M. Karim Ghellab, Ministre des transports et de l’équipement.
