Carriers invest millions, sometimes billions of dollars building networks in these services so they can in fact differentiate their product, yet the Crown proposes to control how they use those assets, who they sell them to, and how much money they'll be worth. It's a very curious strategy to pursue when it's generally agreed that the survival and growth of most of the carriers in this industry depend on the support of the investment community, which is at the moment lacking.
