In my presentation I stressed that in my opinion while the tenants had long enjoyed an unreasonably low rents and probably did not have any legal basis for compensation, it was in the band's material interest to be conciliatory and offer the tenants something in exchange for the good will that would be engendered.
Dans mes instances, j'ai souligné que, à mon avis, même si les locataires avaient joui pendant longtemps d'un loyer trop bas et n'avaient probablement droit à aucune indemnisation sur le plan juridique, il était dans l'intérêt matériel de la bande d'être conciliante et d'offrir aux locataires quelque chose en retour de la bonne volonté que cela créerait.
