In anticipation of that, unless some senator rises to give leave to avoid that issue, I shall take this matter under consideration to determine whether Senator Robichaud's position is correct. That is, to assert that no other step is required if a bill is declared null and void at first reading stage in order to proceed again with first reading of the same bill, that bill having been corrected in terms of the description of Bill C-33 as it has been set before us.
