Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. In the event of such senior units being used as collateral, the special public supervision to protect bond holders as provided for in Article 52(4) of Directive 2009/65/EC shall ensure that the assets underlying such units shall, at any time while they are included in the cover pool be at least 90 % composed of commercial mortgages that are combined with any prior liens up to the lesser of the principal amounts due under the units, the principal amounts of the liens, and 60 % of the value of the pledged properties, that the units qualify for the credit quality step 1 as set out in this Annex and that such units do not exceed 10 % of the nominal amount of the outstanding issue.

Au cas où ces parts privilégiées sont utilisées comme sûreté, le contrôle public spécial destiné à protéger les détenteurs d’obligations, tel que prévu à l’article 52, paragraphe 4, de la directive 2009/65/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 13 juillet 2009 portant coordination des dispositions législatives, réglementaires et administratives concernant certains organismes de placement collectif en valeurs mobilières (OPCVM) , veille à ce que les actifs sous-jacents à ces parts soient, à tout moment de leur inclusion dans le panier de couverture, pour au moins 90 % constitués d’hypothèques sur un bien immobilier résidentiel qui sont combinées à toutes les hypothèques antérieures dans la limite de la plus basse des valeurs entre le principal dû au titre des parts, le principal des hypothèques et 80 % de la valeur des biens nantis, à ce que les parts relèvent du premier échelon de qualité du crédit visé dans la présente annexe et à ce que la valeur de ces parts ne dépasse pas 10 % de l’encours nominal de l’émission.
