Notes the explanations about the difficulties in tracking and reporting due to the divergent reporting practices of Member States given in the Accountability Report from the Commission on Financing for Development, published on 3 July 2014 in the form of a Staff Working Paper, including a section in Volume I on Climate Finance which provides information on Union climate financing; notes that the report repeats the figure of EUR 7,3 billion of Fast Start Finance made available by the Union and Member States,and urges further improvements in reporting on the impact and results of development aid;
53. prend acte des explications sur les difficultés de surveillance et de déclaration, dues aux pratiques divergentes de déclaration des États membres, exposées dans le rapport de la Commission sur la responsabilité de l'Union en matière de financement du développement, publié le 3 juillet 2014 sous la forme d'un document de travail des services de la Commission et comportant, dans une section du volume I sur le financement de la lutte contre le changement climatique, des informations sur le financement de l'Union en la matière; relève que le rapport répète le chiffre de 7,3 milliards d'euros pour les fonds de démarrage rapide mis à disposition par l'Union et les États membres,et demande instamment de nouvelles améliorations en matière de rapports concernant l'impact et les résultats de l'aide au développement;

19. Calls on the Commission to submit to it and to the Council the evaluation report on the Union’s finances based on the results achieved, as provided for in the second paragraph of Article 318 TFEU, before 30 June of the year following the financial year which is the subject of the evaluation;
