‘Union harmonisation legislation’ means any Union legislation harmonising the conditions for the marketing of products ;

(8) This Regulation should therefore integrate the provisions of Regulation 765/2008, Directive 2001/95/EC and several sector-specific acts of Union harmonisation legislation relating to market surveillance into a single regulation which covers products in both the harmonised and non-harmonised areas of the Union legislation, regardless whether they are traded online or offline, intended for use, or are likely to be used, by consumers or professionals.
(8) Le présent règlement devrait par conséquent intégrer les dispositions du règlement (CE) n° 765/2008, de la directive 2001/95/CE et de plusieurs actes législatifs d'harmonisation sectorielle de l'Union portant sur la surveillance du marché dans un règlement unique qui couvre les produits tant des domaines harmonisés que non harmonisés de la législation de l'Union, que ces produits soient vendus sur l'internet ou non, soient destinés aux consommateurs ou aux professionnels, ou soient susceptibles d'être utilisés par les uns ou les autres.

(36) Il convient d'appliquer la procédure consultative pour les décisions d'exécution relatives aux objections à l'encontre du programme de travail européen annuel en matière de normalisation et de normes harmonisées que la Commission considère comme justifiées lorsque les références aux normes harmonisées concernées n'ont pas encore été publiées au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne, étant donné que lesdites normes n'ont pas encore conféré de présomption de conformité aux exigences essentielles définies dans la législation d'harmonisation de l'Union applicable.
