On 6 August 2014, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking Sky Broadcasting Group plc (‘BSkyB’, UK) acquire(s) within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of the undertakings Sky Deutschland AG (‘Sky Deutschland’, Germany) and Sky Italia S.r.l (‘Sky Italia’, Italy) by way of purchase of shares.
Le 6 août 2014, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d'un projet de concentration par lequel l'entreprise Sky Broadcasting Group plc («BSkyB», Royaume-Uni) acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement sur les concentrations, le contrôle de l'ensemble des entreprises Sky Deutschland AG («Sky Deutschland», Allemagne) et Sky Italia S.r.l («Sky Italia», Italie), par achat d'actions.
