A parent undertaking which is also a subsidiary undertaking shall be exempted from the obligation set out in paragraph 1 if the exempted parent undertaking and its subsidiaries are included in the consolidated management report or the separate report of another undertaking, drawn up in accordance with Article 29 and this Article. 4.
