It is no use to anybody if the EU expects them to go through complex bureaucratic procedures or points them towards committees that have yet to meet, when what they really need is quick and unbureaucratic help, which would achieve much more than expensive information campaigns that only end up running into the ground.
Il ne servirait à rien si l’UE exigeait que l’on passe par des procédures administratives complexes ou orientait les bénéficiaires potentiels vers des comités appelés à siéger, alors même que le besoin réel est celui d’une aide rapide et non bureaucratique, qui donnerait bien plus de résultats que les coûteuses campagnes d’information qui finissent toujours par s’engluer.
