– (IT) Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, whilst I welcomed the Council and Commission statement, I would like to say immediately that, in the joint motion for a resolution that will be put to the vote tomorrow, I have found an unacceptable paragraph acknowledging the role carried out by Uzbekistan in the fight against international terrorism.
- (IT) Monsieur le Président, Mesdames et Messieurs, bien que j’aie soutenu la déclaration du Conseil et de la Commission, je voudrais signaler sans préambule que, dans la proposition de résolution commune qui sera mise aux voix demain, j’ai découvert un paragraphe inacceptable reconnaissant le rôle joué par l’Ouzbékistan dans la lutte contre le terrorisme international.
