The Commission states in the present openings of the investigation procedure as regards the two former Lintra-companies that the forthcoming final Commission decision concerning the Lintra holding might have an effect on the outcome of the present procedures and will be taken into account in the final Commission decisions.
La Commission tient à préciser que la décision finale qu'elle arrêtera prochainement dans le cas de Lintra pourrait avoir une incidence sur le résultat des procédures d'examen ouvertes à l'égard des deux anciennes sociétés de la holding et qu'il en sera tenu compte dans ses décisions finales.
