(g) Should the issuing authority specify the obligation to come to the trial or/and that the person in question could be judged in absentia in the event that he or she does not attend the trial and would this person have to consent to this obligation before he or she can benefit from an alternative measure in the executing Member State?
g) L'autorité d'émission devrait-elle préciser au suspect qu'il a l'obligation de comparaître à l'audience et/ou qu'il pourrait être jugé par défaut en cas de non-comparution et faudrait-il obtenir le consentement préalable du suspect à cette obligation avant qu'il ne puisse bénéficier d'une mesure de substitution dans l'État membre d'exécution?

Once the trial has begun, he or she would present the statement, and could be sure of an acquittal, which would then have to be recognised in Member State A.
