Overall, I think the process that is being undertaken in Europe, which of course began with six actors and moved slowly towards integration, and now it is projected to have upwards of 25 — again that is by the year 2005, or so — is a good example of a template for the Americas, which is slow integration, allowing for different sideline agreements or other systems of integration to co-exist before they are fully enveloped into a larger organization; more of an evolution.
