Within the state aid proceedings it was revealed that the Land of Thüringen had awarded in 1993 and 1994 guarantees (securing 90% of the actual loan) for loans to Triptis from HeLaBa of a total of DM 26.75 million (ECU 13 million) without notifying them to the Commission.
Dans le cadre de la procédure relative aux aides d'État, il est apparu que le Land de Thuringe avait accordé, en 1993 et 1994, des garanties (couvrant 90 % du prêt effectif) pour des prêts consentis par HeLaBa à Triptis, à concurrence de 26,75 millions de DEM (13 millions d'écus), sans les notifier à la Commission.
