Having not implemented the Sejdic-Finci ruling, the country has not yet ended the discriminatory practice whereby citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina not declaring themselves as belonging to one of the three Constituent Peoples are prevented to run for the Presidency and/or the House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
